'Women on the display stand'

'Women issues' - a social problem that is closest to me and requires keen social attention. As it was the last work to prepare for the graduation exhibition, I expressed this woman issues in a sharp and intense way, expressing a small but loud voice in social change.
Over hundreds of ballpoint pens are sharply staring at the viewer with sharp wicks.
It symbolizes hidden cameras that sharply threaten women in secret places in everyday life, and contains a warning against the consumption of pirated pictures for women.
‘여성 문제’, 나와 가장 밀접한 사회적 문제이자 절실한 사회적 관심이 필요한 문제. 졸업전시를 준비하는 마지막 작품인만큼 이 여성문제를 날카롭고 강렬하게 표현하여 사회 변화에 작지만 큰 목소리를 담아보았다.
수백개의 볼펜은 뾰족한 심지를 세우며 날카롭게 관람자를 응시하고 있다. 이는 일상생활 속 은밀한 곳에서 날카롭게 여성들을 위협하고 있는 몰래카메라를 상징한 것으로 여성 대상 도촬물 소비에 대한 경고를 담고 있다.
The glass apple objet, which surface is cracked by an awl, resembles a targeted woman whose mind has been broken by distorted social gaze. It captures the pain and discomfort of targeted women at glass apples that have been shattered by sharp spikes.
송곳으로 인해 표면이 갈라진 유리사과 오브제는 왜곡된 사회적 시선으로 인해 마음이 깨져버린 대상화된 여성과 닮아있다. 날카로운 송곳 때문에 온통 표면이 산산조각 난 유리사과에 대상화된 여성의 아픔과 불편함을 담아냈다.
The audience who felt the pain of a woman through this work will face their own image in daily life that even the common problems of women in society were not perceived as uncomfortable.
이 작품을 통해 여성의 아픔을 몸소 느낀 관객들은 일상에서, 사회에서 발생하는 흔한 여성 문제들조차도 불편하다고 인식하지 못했던 자신의 모습을 마주할 것이다.
